Diet Not Dieting

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

A positive change that I believe helps keep me physically healthy is my diet. I learned the importance of a healthy balance of proteins and carbohydrates from a dietary doctor, Dr. Joe Klemczewski.

My precious wife, Melissa and I adhere to a pescatarian diet which helps to maintain a healthy balance without having to count carbs.

Currently, since January 2023, my wife and I have been intermittent fasting. We allow our bodies to repair itself by not eating between 7 pm and 11 am. This has proven to be the most effective physically.

    Fellow intermittent fasting person here. What does your level of physical activity currently look like, if I may ask? I am curious as to what effect, if any, your diet has had on your strength, endurance, and overall energy levels (including mentally).

    1. I purposefully highlighted the physical because I have not realized a significant increase in energy or strength. There has been gradual weight loss that improves stamina.
      Mentally, I have not noticed any change.
