Mishpat Means Justice

Mishpat, I am told, is the Hebrew word for justice. It can reflect retribution or restoration. The cross represents God’s justice. Christ accepting God’s punishment for our sins, so our relationship with God can be restored.

“May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:14‬ ‭NIV‬‬
