34 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. (1 Chronicles 16:34 NIV)
I find myself often debating on what is good for me and what would not be so good. Sometimes, it becomes a judgement on who is good. Yet, reflecting on the verse above, I find that God is good.
A writer of one of the Gospel quotes Jesus as saying that there is none good, but God. I know I have done some good, because others have told me that it was good. So, it must be possible for someone not good to accomplish good. It is apparently not natural. Since God is good, it must be divine.
The chronicler tells me to stop stewing over what’ s good. He says to me to be grateful, because God is good and here is the bonus: God’s good love never will cease.
Now, that’ s good.
